These two cutie’s are the surviving twins from a brief triplet pregnancy. Mom was hospitalized three times for preterm labor, she finally made it home for bed rest but by 34 weeks and 2 days they could no longer stop labor. Big brother was born first weighing 4 lbs 6 ounces and 18.5 inches. Little sister was 5 lbs and 17.5 inches. Brother was in respiratory distress. At the time of their session, sister was continuing on oxygen and Cpap but had been moved off the respirator , monitory tube feedings etc. Brother was moved to room air and was monitored for enlarged kidney, tube feeding etc. It’s always my pleasure photographing these families.
